Shipping within Ireland

We offer free shipping on all orders over €50 within Ireland. Shipping for orders below €50 is is €4.99. Orders are typically processed within 48 hours, and delivery with DPD generally takes 1–3 business days. While we strive to meet these timelines, delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you another email with your tracking number.

We also offer international shipping. Costs vary based on destination and will be calculated at checkout once you enter your shipping address.

Please be aware that customs duties, taxes, or other import fees are not included in our prices. These additional charges may apply when your order arrives and are the customer’s responsibility, especially for orders outside the EU.

Returns

For hygiene reasons, underwear cannot be returned or exchanged. Please refer to the size guide on the product page before purchasing to ensure the perfect fit.

For all other items, returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and unopened.
